Janet Waldo (February 4, 1920 – June 12, 2016) was an American radio, television, animation and live-action film actress, best known for voicing Judy Jetson in the The Jetsons. She later reprise her voice role years later as Judy during the series revival in 1985. She also voiced Penelope Pitstop from Wacky Races and its spinoff and Josie from Josie and the Pussycats.
Waldo died on June 12, 2016 at her home in Encino, California at 96 years old. She had been diagnosed with a benign but inoperable brain tumor five years earlier, according to her family.
